The Coffee Roasting Process
The Speciality Grade coffee is sourced by Eddie from several importers working in conjuncture with coffee farmers from around the world to take advantage of the best seasonal harvests.
The coffee which arrives is actually green, believe it or not, which is the natural colour of coffee in its raw form.
Once it has been checked for quality, the coffee is put through the roasting process in Round Hill Roastery's glorious machine.
Once the coffee has been finessed through the roasting process by Eddie (photo right, he's on the left), it is ready to create your perfect cup of coffee.
We'll pack the coffee, wholebean or ground, to your specifications.
The reason we grind it differently as different methods of brewing require different levels of grinding. Filter coffee and espresso coffees are two very different things.
Luckily, all you need to tell us is how you make your coffee, and we'll arrange the rest.
